Dixie Classic Fair

While we were in North Carolina we took Abigail to the Dixie Classic Fair.  Despite the cold Abigail had a fabulous time.

Favorite Ride

Abigail's newest favorite thing to do is have Ted swing her in a baby (toy) carrier.  She loves it and cries, "Again, again," each time Ted stops.

Abigail's class is working on Halloween themed art projects this week and today was Frankenstein day.

Life Member

It's official, I'm a life member of the UNC General Alumni Association.  It only cost me (Ted really) $700.  What a bargain- sort of.

Heading Home

We are heading back to CA today so we stopped by to see Me-Maw on our way out of town.  Abigail loved playing on the people mover at the airport before we boarded our flight.  Good-bye NC, hello CA.

Family Dinner

It's our last night in NC and we had dinner at my sister's house.  It was nice getting together with my parents and my sister and her family.

We went to Chapel Hill today to visit my alma mater.  It was very special for me to be able to share Chapel Hill with Ted and Abigail.

Abigail has not ever met my aunt Mary and uncle Earl so we had lunch with them today so they could all meet.

We hung out with my sister and her kids Nicholas and Emiah this afternoon.  We haven't seen them since last October so it took a little while for the kids to warm up to each other.
